Good morning Everyone,

I am 32 and have recently had my appendix removed. I was wondering if anyone on the site has or has known someone who has had this done and how long they waited before returning to training. The scar on the outside looks ok but I was told of scar tissue on the inside that has to heal ever more.

I def. dont want to do anymore internal injury so any advice (besides calling my doctor...) would be greatly appreciated.
