Hi all

I've written a few brief thoughts about the Sydney All Styles tournament this weekend, and my preparation for Black Belt grading taking place in June.

Nice work as usual Mike. You're looking quite comfortable in the point sparring and your fitness level seems to be right up there now

Thanks Mike, I'm feeling pretty comfortable now. But i'm sure that's all going to change later this year, when I have to compete in the Open divisions instead of the Kyu grade divisions! Back to ground zero.

Fitness wise i'm feeling good too, but I know i'm about to get pushed way out of my comfort zone when the prep cycle starts in about 5 weeks. Time to start ramping up now. More skipping, more bag work, and trying to stay sickness and injury FREE!
