Impressive. I think this looks like it was a grading with a pretty high standard. I think we've got a lot to live up to next year...

Maybe Michael, I think we will be fine. The 1 thing I saw that I need to improve on is my jumping spinning heel kick.
Did you see the sequence where they are doing the jumping out-in axe kick/ jumping spinning heel kick/ low spinning heel kick?
We just have to focus on the syllabus and review. I have pretty much sorted my pattern and my staff pattern now, what about you?

PS How many times does Tup get thrown from that pattern into a turning side fall????? I do a couple and I am fatigued.....

I've got all of the syllabus stuff in my head but I think I need a lot of work refining everything. I know the staff pattern for example but I can't do it quickly. I know all the techniques from our drill but I think if a big fella came charging at me I would struggle to pull any of them off and I'd no doubt end up losing my balance.... Just need a lot of polish.

I think I'll be fine with the kicking because of the extra TKD work I've been putting in...

All that throwing must certainly take it out of Tup, or anyone... I know I worked up quite a sweat from being thrown around on Sunday.
